Building has been sold & everything MUST be picked up by Saturday by 3PM.... PICK UP is at 1111 West James Blvd in St James!!!!

This is a timed online only auction with a soft close. Which means it starts to close at the time stated, however it is a staggered close meaning the entire auction does not close at the time stated. If it is set to close at 7pm. but someone places a bid last minute, that item will stay open for 3 more minutes, while other items may be closing. This goes for all lots untill there is no more bidding. Sellers Auction Service LLC will not be responsible for any errors or omissions in the description of the merchandise. bidder agrees that every thing is sold "as is" and that they may not return any item that they have purchased. Sellers Auction Service LLC is providing internet bidding as a service to the bidder. Bidder acknowledges & understands that this service may or may not function correctly during the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any claim against Sellers Auction Service or anyone else if internet service fails to work correctly before or during the auction. Sellers Auction Service LLC will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source. Internet bidders who desire to make certain their bid is acknowledged should verify HIBID through online interface. An invoice will be mailed to all winning bidders at the conclusion of the auction.
